Returns  is a Scheme provided by respective sellers directly under ths policy in terms of which the option of exchange<replacement or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy.For all products the policy on the product shall prevail over the general return policy.Do refer the respective item applicable return policy for any expectations to the table below.

The return policy is divided into 3 parts ; terms and conditions apply.

In order to help the resolve issues with your product, we may  troubleshoot your product either through online tools ,over the phone or through an in person technical visit.

 

If a defect is determined within the return window , a replacement of the same model will be provided with no additional cost. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 10 days of delivery or installation wherever applicable, you will directed to a brand service centre to resolve aany subsequent issue

Grocery

10 days refund only

 Fruits vegetables ordered would not be delivered only in the first attempt. In order to ensure that you get fresh fruits and vegetables , we will not be making reattempts to deliver your fruits an d veggies in case you miss your slot. Rest of grocery items from supermartwould be delivered through reattempts in case you miss your slot

No return categories

 Some products in the other categories are not returnable due to their nature or other resons.fpr all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail

PART2- RETURNS pick –up and processing

 In case of returns where you would like items to be picked up  from adifferent address , the address can be changed  if pick  service is available in that  address.  During the pick up the  products will be checked for the following conditios.

Name, Brand,serial number, Article  number, barcode, should be matched, andMRP  tag will be un detached and under clear vision

Complete Product

All in box accessories, remote control, stater kits, instrument manual, charger,Headphone  and  freebies and combos  will be present if any ,

Unused Product

Productsshould be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, with out any stains, and with non tempered quality checke seal, warranty. Before returning a mobile / laptop, Tablet, the device should be  formatted and  screen locked , pin, pattern, finger print , must be  disabled.  I cloude lock must be disabled fprapple device

 

Not Damaged product

 The Product , including  Sim trays / chargingport/ headphone  black panel  shouldbe undamaged,  with out  any scratches, dent, tears or holes

Not Damaged Packing

Original packing box / packing should be  undamaged

The field executive can refuge to accept the return if any of the above  condition  are not met.

For any product  for which refund to be given , the refund will be processed  once the returne products has been received by the seller

Part 3 General   rules for returns.

  • In case a seller is unable to process  replacement for any reason , whatever,  a refund will be provided
  • During  open box deliveries,while accepting your order.,if you receive a different or a damaged product, you will be given a  refund ( on the spot refunds for cash on delivery orders ). Once you have accepted an open box delivery , no return request will be procced , except for manufacturing defects.in such cases, this category specific replacements/return  general conditions will be applicable.

  • For products where installation is needed and is provided by merind.in service partners , do not open the product packaging by yourself . merind.in  authorized service personnel

Will do unboxing and installation of product.

  •  For furniture ,any products related issues will be checked by an authorized service personnel and attewmpted to be resolved by replacing the faulti/ defected  part of the product.Full replacement will be provided only in cases where the service opines the replacing will be provided only in  cases where the sweervise personnel opines that replacing the defective part not resolve the issue.
